Take Highway 101 North into San Francisco. Take Highway 280 North when it splits from 101 North. Take the 6th Street exit and continue onto 6th Street at ramp's end. Continue 2 blocks to Folsom Street and turn right. Follow Folsom 1 block to 5th Street and turn left. Follow 5th Street 3 blocks to arrive at Market Street. Cross over Market Street at the stoplight onto Cyril Magnin. Look for The Powell Hotel on right side, just past Bank of America.

Follow Highway 101 South over Golden Gate Bridge Take Lombard Street Exit on right side after tollgate Follow Lombard about 12 blocks to Van Ness Ave (aka Hwy 101 S) turn right. Follow Van Ness Ave about 20 blocks to Eddy Street and turn left Follow Eddy Street 7 blocks to Cyril Magnin Street turn left The Powell Hotel is on your immediate right side next to Bank of America.

Follow Hwy 80 to San Francisco via Bay Bridge Cross Bay Bridge into San Francisco and take 5th Street exit Stay right and follow 5th Street (note: exit is on left side of Hwy 80). 4 blocks to arrive at Market Street Cross over Market Street at the stoplight onto Cyril Magnin. Look for Powell Hotel on right side, just past Bank of America.
